Town of Dickinson, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A tractor trailer rolled over on Interstate 81 north blocking all three lanes of traffic.

Two lanes of traffic began flowing again just before 4:40 p.m., according to New York State Department of Transportation

According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, the call for the rollover came in at 2:40 p.m for a tractor trailer that had tipped near the interstate 81/17 exchange.

The tractor trailer, driven by Thomas Stauffer, 28, of Selinsgrove, PA, was carrying thousands of pounds of roofing trusses, and there was an initial fuel leak when it rolled over.

NYSDOT crews helped clean up scene by taking apart the truck's load.

One lane of 81 north will be closed Tuesday evening.

Stauffer was ticketed for an improperly secured load. Broome County Sheriff's say Stauffer was not deemed to be driving recklessly or at an excessive speed.

There were no injuries.
