Two Arrested for Crack Cocaine in Cortland

Cortland, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Two people are arrested after crack cocaine is found in a Cortland apartment.

Wynona Williams, 21, of Syracuse, and Mark Soprano, 52, of Cortland, each face charges of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.

On Thursday evening, the Cortland County Drug Task Force searched an apartment at 45 Church Street in the city of Cortland. While executing the search warrant, authorities say they found crack cocaine, money and drug paraphernalia in the residence.

Both were arraigned in Cortland City Court and taken to the Cortland County Jail on $10,000 bond.

The investigation is on-going.
