Town of Conklin, NY (WBNG Binghamton) 16 Dogs were found at 200 Shaw Road in Conklin. 13 of those dogs survived and are currently at the Broome County Humane Society.

According to Animal Cruelty Officer Tarah Tripp, the surviving dogs saw a veterinarian last night.

Tripp says all of the dogs are severely underweight.

The lightest one only weighing 35 pounds.

That's nearly 40 pounds underweight for a dog of that size.

All 13 are suffering from skin disease and parasites.

Two of the Dobermans were sent to the animal hospital where they are on constant IVs.

Tripp stressed that all of these symptoms are directly related to being malnourished and neglected.
