Waverly students facing charges after alleged hazing

Waverly, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Four Waverly middle school students are facing charges after police receive reports of alleged hazing on school property.

Police have provided few details about what happened during these incidents, but said eight students were victims.

A 15-year-old boy, two 13-year-old boys and a 12-year-old boy were charged with multiple counts of unlawful imprisonment.

The 15-year-old and one of the 13-year-olds also face multiple counts of forcible touching.

All of these are misdemeanor juvenile delinquency charges.

The investigation is ongoing.

The students will answer the charges at the Tioga County Family Court Probation Department.
