Norwich, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Peter Wlasiuk will be back in Chenango County Court on Friday for his third sentencing.
Wlasiuk was convicted of second degree murder back in July. This was his third murder trial in the death of his wife Patricia back in 2002.
He will be sentenced Friday morning at 11 a.m. at the Chenango County Courthouse.
