(WBNG Binghamton) - 12 weeks ago, we introduced you to a woman who was about to go through a 3-month total life makeover.

You've followed her blog on our website and now - time is up!

She's been sweating it out and Susan Rick says she's lost a lot - but gained even more.

It's been 12 sweat-filled weeks of presses, steps and a lot of work.

"The small groups are a lot of fun because there are more people in it, one on one is always a lot of fun as well, the tabata," Ambush Makeover Winner Susan Rick says.

Rick nominated herself for Positive LifeForce Fitness's "Ambush Makeover" for a chance to start over.

Now, she's lost 11 inches off her waist and nearly 20 pounds on the scale.
"Now, I look forward to working out. It's become part of my life. It's given me a new outlook on life. It's given me goals to look forward to and goals that you've meant to say, 'atta girl.'"

Rick - along with a couple other winners - tackled personal and group training, spinning classes, TRX, yoga, pilates - to turn into their best.

"Gave me more self-confidence. More stamina. I sleep better. In the future, I am coming back - I am doing more," Kathi Cederborg said.

Trainers say they didn't just clock in time at the gym - but changed their mindset.

"To see the transformation in people and where we start and just ...And it's really, it's not just a body transformation, it's an overall transformation of a person," Positive LifeForce Owner Kelsey Newman said.

The winners, like Rick, say the job isn't over yet.

Rick says fitness is now a way of life and there is more she wants to accomplish.

But to do it all over again - she says she wouldn't change a thing.

"I've met a lot of great people and picked up a lot of ideas and hopefully encourage other people to just get out there and get moving, just do it," Rick says.

Doing more than just moving - but changing her life.

Positive LifeForce says it wants to make this Ambush Makeover an annual project.
