Western Sandwich
1 serving
  2 eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup diced ham (2 slices)
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon butter
2 slices bread


  1. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, salt, and black pepper; mix well. Stir in the ham, onion, and bell pepper; mix well.
  2. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the egg mixture, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  3. Using a spatula, flip the eggs then cook for 2 to 3 more minutes, or until set. Serve between the bread slices.
