(WBNG Binghamton) A Pride Ride to help benefit the children of fallen soldiers is happening on July 13.

Sean King and Mike Grozier came by to tell us more and released the following statement:

We have raised over $6000 for The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund in the past 2 events. We are hoping for a huge turnout this year.

First year we had nearly 100 bikes, second year, almost 200 bikes.

$20 per bike, donation for a rider.

Registration is at American Legion Post 1700 at 305 Maple St Endicott, NY 13760 from 9-11:30am. Takeoff is noon. Doug Mosher will be playing acoustic guitar in the morning and there will be sausage and peppers for sale by The American Legion Riders during registration.

The ride is about 90 miles with 2 stops at The Three Bear Inn in Marathon NY, and Our Place in Maine NY, then back to the Post for a BBQ and entertainment by the Troubadours.

Check out our Facebook page "American Pride Ride 3 for The Children of Fallen Soldiers".

All are welcome to come down for the after party to eat, listen to the band, and make a donation.
