Around the Tiers: Jungle Bells

(WBNG Binghamton) Jungle Bells, a free family-fun event hosted by Animal Adventure, is being held at the Forum Theater this Saturday.

The second annual Jungle Bells will run on Dec. 21 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

There will be animal crafts & ornaments for the kids to make and take home. Meet and greet touch table stations will be available with animals such as Taz the Armadillo, Zoey the Joey, and Mr. Prickles the Porcupine. Refreshments are provided, and Santa will read a book at 12:30 p.m.

Jungle Bells is a free community event made possible by Broome County Executive Debbie Preston.

In addition to the event, Animal Adventure has also put together adoption kits appropriate for all ages! You can pick from a Grant's Zebra, Arctic Wolf, Dromedary Camel, Ring Tailed Lemur, American Alligator, or a Red Kangaroo.

Inside of each paint can adoption kit is:
- Specific species adoption certificate
- Specific species fact sheet
- Plush animal of your adopted animal
- Invitation & admission pass to Adoption Day 2014

Adoption kits cost $30.
