(WBNG Binghamton) An education program for caregivers entitled “Dealing with Guilt” will be presented on Tuesday, August 7, from 5:30-7 pm at the Broome West Senior Center, 2801 Wayne Street in Endwell.

According to a news release:

This presentation will provide coping strategies to help caregivers deal with powerful emotions that can result from caring for others.  Guilt can be a common feeling when caring for a loved one; how we control and deal with this guilt impacts our health and our ability to handle our caregiving roles.

The program will be presented by Dorothy Gardner and Suzanne Thrasher from UHS.

Pre-registration is recommended, as space is limited.  Call Caregiver Services at 778-2411 to register.
