Christmas Classic 'The Russian Nutcracker' Returns to Southern Tier

(WBNG Binghamton) The Rafael Grigorian Ballet Theatre will present its highly anticipated annual performances of The Russian Nutcracker on December 1 and 2. 

Dancers from the Rafael Grigorian School of Classical Ballet and other area dance schools will perform this beloved holiday classic at 2:00 p.m. on December 1 at the Clemens Center in Elmira, and on Sunday, December 2 at 3:00 p.m. at The Forum in Binghamton. Guest artist Christopher Fellows will also be joining the production as the prince. Fellows is originally from New York’s Southern Tier, where he studied with Rafael Grigorian before going on to perform with Milwaukee Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Alabama Ballet and the Chautauqua Ballet Company. He currently resides in Toledo, Ohio where he is a ballet instructor and freelance dancer.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for students and senior citizens, and $10 for children 12 & under, and can be purchased in advance through these venues:
