(WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Economic Development Office invites commercial property owners and developers to attend a seminar on the various state and federal tax incentives for historic commercial properties at a seminar tomorrow, October 11th, from 1:00—5:00pm at the Riverwalk Hotel and Conference Center.
According to a news release:
Guest speakers will explain how to apply for Historic Tax Credits and the benefits that commercial property owners can realize with tax savings, lower project costs and higher quality restoration/renovation work. A panel of practitioners will discuss their experiences with projects and utilizing tax credit financing.
Registration is free and attendees can register at the door.
