(WBNG Binghamton) Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County’s AYD 2 U program invites anyone who works or volunteers with youth, ages upper elementary through young adults, to participate in a free, exciting training and networking opportunity, made possible by a grant from the Community Foundation of South Central New York- Purtell Fund.
According to a news release:
The Youth Work Café will be held on Tuesday, July 17th, from 6:00-8:00PM at CCE-BC, 840 Upper Front St., Binghamton.
Learn, have fun and connect with others. Two specific mini-trainings will be offered on Cooperative Learning and Scaffolding for Success. Networking time, group discussion of the needs of youth workers and light refreshments will also be part of the evening.
