(WBNG Binghamton) It's a party, an Arts and Crafts show, a concert and a showcase of downtown Binghamton.
The 50th annual July Fest and 3rd ever Jazz Fest will be held July 6-8.
Ron Sall of the Downtown Binghamton Business Association and Grace Tabeek of the Triple Cities Runners Club joined us on Action News at 5 to talk about the events' highlights.
