Syracuse, N.Y. (WBNG Binghamton) -- Metro Mattress will present the Fourth Annual Jim Boeheim Golf Classic on June 30 at the Atunyote Golf Club at Turning Stone Resort & Casino.

Proceeds from the event benefit The Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation, an organization that strives to enrich the lives of kids in need within the Upstate New York community, as well as provide support for eliminating cancer through research and advocacy. The tournament has raised nearly $275,000 for charity over the past three years.

"We are honored to partner with The Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation and look forward to a great event that will help raise money for a wonderful cause," said David Shiroff, president and CEO of Metro Mattress.

The Fourth Annual Jim Boeheim Golf Classic is an exclusive golf experience with unique individual and team competitions on every hole. In addition to the benefits of registration, all golfers will receive an 18-hole round of golf; an invitation to pre-golf lunch buffet and post-golf award banquet dinner; a gift bag which includes Nike golf shoes courtesy of Nike. Registered foursomes also receive a team name and logo on their cart and a team photo with Jim Boeheim.

"I'm pleased to announce once again that Metro Mattress along with our foundation has sold out yet another Golf Classic," said Boeheim. "Dave Shiroff, president of Metro Mattress, has been an amazing contributor and supporter; without his hard work and all of those who come out and play, we wouldn't have raised all of the funds we have today. We are here to help as many kids as we can and Metro Mattress has come through along with many other great business leaders to support our youth and The Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation."
