(WBNG Binghamton) ALDI will host a hiring event for its Vestal, Oneonta and Johnson City locations on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012.
According to a news release:
The event will be hold on Thursday, Oct. 18, from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. at ALDI located at 134 Vestal Parkway West in Vestal.
Positions:
• Cashiers (full and part-time) – $10 - $11per hour depending on location
• Managers in Training – $23 per hour
o This is a full-time position with full benefits, including higher wages, major medical/dental insurance and vision care; generous vacation time; major holidays off (paid), retirement/401k
o Training provided
Job Requirements:
• 18 years or older to apply
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years recent management experience
• Excellent customer service and leadership qualities
• Willing to relocate upon request
• Available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.
• Drug screening and background check
• Ability to lift 45 pounds
