(WBNG Binghamton) The Ridley-Lowell Cosmetology Cut-A-Thon will take place on Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the corner of 26 Court Street and 1 Hawley Street.
Pictures with Santa and face painting will be available.
