Salvation Army Holding Hurricane Sandy Collection Drive Nov. 13-17

(WBNG Binghamton) The Salvation Army will hold a collection drive for victims of Hurricane Sandy on November 13-17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Salvation Army will be collecting the following new items:

work gloves
N95 masks
cleaning supplies
toilet paper
laundry soap
gatorade.... for survivors and first responders
granola  bars
nutri grain bars
snacks of any type
brooms, shovels etc
paper towels
school supplies
back packs etc
diapers
bleach
trash bags

Items should be dropped off at The Salvation Army 127 Washington Street in Binghamton.

Items collected that are not on this list may not be sent to hurricane affected areas and may be used to meet the needs within our local community
