(WBNG Binghamton) The free concert by the Binghamton Philharmonic Percussion Ensemble schedule for 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 22nd at the Peacemakers’ Stage on the Binghamton River Trail has been postponed due to the threat of inclement weather.
A new date will be announced. (note: the Binghamton Downtown Living Tour will take place rain or shine starting at 1:00 PM at the PAST Office, 89 Court St.)
