(WBNG Binghamton) In order to assess how the Tioga United Way distributes annual contributions, the organization is seeking input from the community via a community needs survey.
The survey can be found near the bottom of our web site (tiogaunitedway.com) home page; “COMMUNITY NEEDS SURVEY.”
If a person does not have access to a computer, contact the Tioga United Way at 687-4028 and a paper copy will be mailed with a stamped return envelope.
