(WBNG Binghamton) Windsor prepares to ring in the new year with "First Night." Debbie Menta was in the studio to tell us more.
"First Night" takes place on December 31, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. at Village Green, 99 Main St. Windsor NY
The event is alcohol free.
There will be a puppet parade at 7:00 p.m., a petting zoo and many more activities.
