Loudonville, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A new Siena Poll shows that New Yorkers expect the real estate market and property values to increase over the next year.
In upstate New York the current overall sentiment is at -12.6. That is up 8.4 from the first quarter.
The overall future looks bright at 18.7 which is up 4.3. Sales are up 8.3 from last quarter to -24.5.
However, the current buying sentiment is down -3.2 to 26.2 points and the future buying is down -7.6 to 12.2.
