Event Description

This free workshop will provide information on Health Care Proxies and Living Wills, and copies of the necessary forms. Advance Planning volunteers will be on hand to provide free counseling and for witnessing of documents.

This workshop is presented by Jennifer Benjamin, APEL Program Coordinator. Registration is not required.
