Town of Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Dozens of RVs are camping out on Binghamton University's campus this weekend.
RV and camper dealers have taken over the event center floor, showing off their travel trailers and motor-homes.
Starting as low as $15,000 and ranging up to more than $100,000, there's a wide-range of options.
Refrigerators, beds, stoves, microwaves, toilets and showers are standard, but some upscale models feature large, flat-screen Tv's, center-islands and fireplaces.
"Camping, or RV'ing provides a good, affordable way for families to vacation. Many people feel it's more convenient than hotels, flying and cruise ships. You can go long distances. You can go short distances. It provides a lot of different options," said Brian Wilkins, owner of Wilkins RV.
A handful of dealers are showing off more than sixty RVs.
The 6th annual show runs Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
