New York, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Governor Andrew Cuomo headed Sunday morning to the site of a commuter train derailment in the Bronx.
A Metro-North commuter train derailed around 7:20 am near the Spuytin Duyvil station killing at least four people and injuring 60.
A passenger on the train, Ryan Kelly, describes the accident. "I got thrown across back and forth and then it came to a halt. There was just screaming."
