(WBNG Binghamton) Many major highways and county roads across the region are being closed or detoured to avoid hazardous flooding conditions.

Exit 69 (Endwell) on Route 17 has already been shut down.

Portions of Interstate 88 have been closed since Wednesday evening.

Many parts of Route 17 and I-81 are now just about even with flood water levels.
