Binghamton, N.Y. (WBNG Binghamton) - Preparation is underway for this year's Home and Garden Show at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.

A record number of 140 vendors will be on-hand this weekend to show off the latest trends in home renovation.

"We're hoping for a larger turnout of residents that are ready to move whether it's a remodeling projects, landscaping projects, whatever they've got in mind for their home," says Marc Mazzei, President of Southern Tier Home Builders & Remodelers Association.

The show's focus is using local businesses to remodel your home.

"Our booth this year is going to be full structured with a full sized pergola, entrances, plant material and pavers," says Bob Allen, owner of Northern Scapes in Endicott. "A little variety of everything."

The show is open from 10am to 8pm tomorrow and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.

Admission is $6 for adults but if you bring a non-perishable food item, it's $5.

Admission is free for children under the age of 18 when accompanied by an adult.

This year, there's free parking available at NYSEG Stadium.

A B.C. Transit bus will provide a shuttle service from the ballpark to the arena.
