Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Endicott Police arrested a man accused of forging stolen checks and stealing an ATM card. Three others living in his house were also arrested on various warrants.
On July 16, police arrested Jason Clark, 38, of 516 Central St. in Endicott.
Clark is accused of stealing and forging four personal checks. Police said more than $700 was cashed in Endicott and Binghamton.
He is also accused of stealing an ATM card and withdrawing $1,661 from various ATMs around Endicott and Binghamton, according to police.
Police said they had been looking for Clark on a warrant for probation violation.
Clark was taken to the Broome County Jail without bail. He is charged with forgery in the second degree, a class D felony, and two counts of grand larceny in the fourth degree, class E felonies.
When police found Clark at his Endicott home, three others living there were taken into custody on various warrants.
Chase Healey, 24, of 516 Central St. in Endicott, was arrested on a warrant from Endicott Police for a prior unlawful imprisonment charge that he failed to appear on.
Jeri-Ann Healey, 23, of 516 Central St. in Endicott was arrested on a warrant from Binghamton Police for failing to appear on a prior petit larceny charge.
Jesse Martinez, 26, of 516 Central St. in Endicott was arrested on a warrant from the New York State Police for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and possession of a hypodermic instrument.
