The New York Lottery will award a $1,000,000 prize check Thursday March 27th to a Norwich mother of four and grandmother of 11. The retired seamstress won her prize on the Lottery's popular Win $1,000 A Week for Life instant game, which guarantees a minimum payout of $1,000,000. the event will take place at the Price Chopper on Rt 12 at 10:30 am.
