The Preservation Association of the Southern Tier (PAST) recognizes historic buildings, structures and neighborhoods that bring pride to our community.

The beautifully restored Kilmer Building, 1 Lewis St., Binghamton will host the celebration for Awards of Excellence in Historic Preservation at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, May 13, 2008. We congratulate the following Award winners who have restored their properties consistent with that property's architectural history and are worthy of community recognition:
