A federal judge denies a defense motion for a mistrial in a child sex abuse case.

49 year old Dean Sacco of New Jersey and 46 year old Linda O'Connor of Norwich face sex trafficking and child pornography charges in Federal Court in Binghamton.

A girl from Norwich claims they forced her into sex to settle rent payments.

Sacco's attorney argued it should have a chance to investigate new claims made by a witness last Friday.

A landlord testified that Sacco referred to the alleged victim as a 12 year old prostitute and admitted to sleeping with her.

Today jurors watched videos found in Sacco's office.

Sacco's heard talking to a young girl as well as other men about making sex movies.

Another shows him checking out girls while riding his bike.

An FBI agent read from Sacco's journal where he wrote about being addicted to viewing child pornography on the internet.

During a break, Sacco addressed prosecuting attorney Miroslav Lovric during a break.

Sacco said to him quote: "I'm still waiting for your star witness. If you can pull that off, you're a genius and deserve everything you get," end quote.

The prosecution has said the victim will testify.
