Statements made by Tammy and Greg Fisher will be allowed as evidence in trial against the two, accused of exposing their son to drugs.

Tammy and Greg Fisher face charges of endangering the welfare of a child and drug possession.
Last September, 4 year old Tyzon Fisher was taken to Wilson Hospital.
Tests showed he had cocaine in his system.
State Police searched their home on Airport Road.

They say they found a variety of drugs including cocaine.

Defense Attorney Ronald Benjamin argued that drug evidence should be excluded from trial and said statements Greg Fisher made to police to get a warrant..were not given voluntarily.
Tammy Fisher also testified investigators told her to cooperate or she wouldn't see her son again.

The two troopers deny making threats. And say Greg Fisher could have stopped their interview anytime.
This morning a judge said the evidence will be allowed.
