IHOP Re-Opens After Crash

 IHOP Re-Opens After Crash

By WBNG News

A Vestal restaurant has been put back together and is open for business.
Monday, a car crashed through the wall of the IHOP on the Vestal Parkway and into the kitchen.
Contractors had to repair wiring, gas lines, tile flooring, and three layers of the exterior wall before the restaurant could get back to business.
Owner Nick Ezzo says they had to be approved by several offices, including the Board of Health, before they could re-open.
