22 year old Nicholas R. Swan of Glen Aubrey was arraigned on an indictment in Broome County Court.

Last week at Grand Jury charged Swan with the felony crimes of Vehicular Manslaughter, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with More than .08% BAC, Driving While Impaired by Drugs and/or Alcohol and Assault.

Swan was driving a car the left the road and landed on its roof in the Town of Nanticoke on September 9, 2007.

19 year old Bobby Infante of Endicott and 19 year old Torrence Wilcox of Lisle were killed in the crash.

18 year old Kimberly Demkovich of Endicott was injured.
