Realty USA opened it's new headquarters building on George F Highway in Endwell.

It's realtors have been working out of temporary offices since the June 2006 flood.

The company says it wanted to rebuild on the same site in the same community.

"I think we're about 8 ft higher than we used to be, there is no basement and we anticipate being here forever," said manager Bonnie Brown.

The Town of Union required Realty USA's new building to sit above the flood plain to avoid future flood damage.

Realty USA will oversee 13 regional offices from this site.
