A stabbing this morning in Binghamton...
It happened just before 8:30 this morning here at 16 McDonald Ave.
Police say a 20 year Rhonda Sandiford was arguing with her mother and attacked her with a razor.
That's when Sandiford's 14 year old sister stabbed her in the back with scissors.
She was treated for non-life threatening injuries and released for the hospital.
Sandiford is charged with menacing and is being held in the Binghamton lockup.
The 14 year old is charged with assault.
She's been released on an appearance ticket in family court
