City of Cortland Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with locating a missing woman. The woman is identified as Rebecca E. Gruver who is who is 21 years of age, 5’5” tall, weighing 135 lbs with medium length brown hair and brown eyes. Rebecca was last seen in Cortland on Thursday, May 8th when she told her roommate she was packing to go home. On Wednesday, May 14, 2008, Rebecca was reported to Cortland Police Department as being a missing person.

Rebecca is a resident of Walton, New York but was staying in Cortland and purportedly attending classes at a local college. She is operating a 2001 blue Pontiac Sunfire with Ohio registration DXU 3647.
