Union Glad to Keep Company

Union Glad to Keep Company

By WBNG News

A local business is not only staying in the Town of Union, but it's adding new jobs.

InfoPrint held this grand opening celebration for it's new manufacturing facility at the Airport Business Park.

InfoPrint builds high speed printers.

The company had looked to expand in other areas, even out of state.

It decided to stay in Union.

InfoPrint plans to add at least 8 more high-tech jobs to the payroll.

"Anytime you have an opportunity to retain 73 jobs plus add jobs over the next several years, it's a great asset to the Town of Union to keep them here," said Union Economic Development Director Joseph Moody.

A group of former IBM and Ricoh workers started the business at the Huron Campus in Endicott.
