Camping Reservations Up For Holiday Weekend

If you're thinking of camping at a New York State Park tomorrow..
You'd better hurry up and book it.

The Office of Parks & Recreation says over 90 percent of campsites and cabins are already reserved for the holiday weekend.

Reservations are up about 8 percent compared to last year.

Commissioner of the parks office, Carol Ash, says many people are choosing a nearby vacation spot to avoid high gas prices.
