Town of Vestal Zoning Board of Appeals Announcement. After discussions with the Board members, and in consideration of the anticipated large turnout, it has been decided to change the location of the Campus Crest use variance hearing to Clayton Avenue Elementary School. The doors will open at approximately 6:30 P.M. and the hearing is scheduled to commence at 7:00 P.M.
