On August 19th 2008 members of the Owego Police Department arrested
RICKIE T. CRAFT, age 25, of Green Street, Owego on six (6) counts of
Unlawful imprisonment in the First degree (a Class E felony), and five (5)
counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child ( a Class A misdemeanor).

CRAFT is accused of locking his wife and five (5) children inside of their residence and Leaving for work after a Domestic Dispute.

CRAFT was processed at the Owego Police Department and arraigned in the Village of Owego Court where he was subsequently released without bail pending further Court action.
