New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations with the assistance of Town of Roxbury Constable Stephen Williamson, arrested three adults and one juvenile for a burglary to a seasonal residence on Fist-O-Funk Road in the Town of Roxbury. Property stolen from the residence, including a television and DVD player, has been recovered.

The three adults defendants all from Grand Gorge include: Jason M. Swart dob 02/08/83; Benjamin H. Dorrance dob 05/20/88 and Bradley S. Wager dob 04/08/89. The three adults were charged with Burglary 3rd degree (class D-Felony) and Arson 5th degree (class A Misdemeanor) for damaging outdoor furniture on the property by fire. Additionally, the three adults were charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (class A Misdemeanor) for involving the 15yoa juvenile.

All three adults were arraigned before the Town of Roxbury Court and released on their own recognizance to reappear at court on September 3, 2008. The 15yoa was charged as a juvenile for the burglary and arson and turned over to the Delaware County Probation Department.
