Traffic is slowed down in Binghamton, after a tractor trailer rolls over on a highway exit ramp.
It happened on interstate 81 north, just after 9 this morning near the Broad Street exit.
Police believe the wet roads caused the truck to hydroplane and tip over on it's side.
It came to rest across the exit.
There were no injuries and the truck was not hauling anything at the time.
There is however a small fuel leak.,
The Department of Environmental Conservation is on the scene assisting the Binghamton Police and Fire Department with the cleanup process.
Officials expect the exit to remain closed for most of the day.
But they do not expect any northbound lanes on the highway to close.
