Delaware County Sheriff Deputies arrested Robert R. Becker Jr, 36 years old from Franklin, on an Indictment handed down by Delaware County Grand Jury. The charges are as follows:

3 counts -Rape in the Third Degree - E Felony

1 Count- Criminal sexual Act 3rd Degree – E Felony

4 Counts- Endangering the welfare of a Minor – A-Misdemeanor

1-Count – Attempted Sex Abuse in the 2nd Degree – B Misdemeanor

Robert Becker is alleged to have engaged in sexual conduct, with three different females all under the age of 17, over a period of time.

Robert Becker was arraigned in front of the Honorable Carl F. Becker, Delaware County Court Judge, where the charges were read to the defendant. Becker is being held without bail with his next appearance date of September 15, 2008 at 11 AM.

Orders of protection have been issued for the victims and their families.

Deputies are continuing their investigation into these incidents.
