A local college welcomes it's new President tonight.

Dr. Dino Pedrone officially became Davis College's 9th President, at this inauguration in Binghamton.

Pedrone is a Binghamton native.

He plans to continue his ministry in Florida while running the college.

Pedrone wants to expand the college to other locations in North Carolina and South Florida, and is looking into creating online courses.

Pedrone replaced George Miller, who had been at the college since 1981.
