State Police say 31-year-old Jason Isbell, of Sylvania, had sex with two 15 year-old females.

Troopers say Isbell met the girls while he was their substitute teacher in a Bradford County School District.

The alleged encounters happened at a number of locations in Athens and Smithfield Townships.
