Body Found in Ithaca Gorge

Ithaca Police, are investigating the death of a man, found in an area gorge, beneath the college avenue bridge.
The Tompkins County 911 center received a call that a male had jumped off the bridge, Wednesday afternoon.
The Ithaca Fire department recovered the body in the Cascadilla gorge below.
Police interviewed several witnesses and at this point say there is no indication of foul play.
The name of the victim is not being released, pending notification of the family.
