Greek Peak Mountain Resort is transitioning to a year round destination.

The ski area showed off progress in the first phase of its expansion in Cortland County.

Construction workers are laying steel for the Hope Lake Lodge.

The tower will house 106 condominium.

It should open in October 2009 along with an indoor water park, spa and restaurant.

Greek Peak will add more than 250 full time jobs.

Future phases include construction of an 18-hole golf course and corporate conference center.
