Golden Knights Drop In

By WBNG News

Some guests "drop" in to visit the B-mets, and didn't use the front gates!

U.S. Army Parachute team the Golden Knights jumped four thousand feet onto the field at NYSEG Stadium tonight.

And they fall pretty fast at about 120 miles an hour!

They're in town for this weekend's air show.

But the stakes will be higher at the Greater Binghamton Airport...

As they'll jump from about 12 thousand feet in the air.

"When you leave the airplane and you're watching it fly away... There's just... I don't know how to describe it. You get this adrenaline rush like a first drop of a roller coaster but it feels like when you stick your arm out the car window at about 80 or 90 miles per hour," said Golden Knights Staff Sergeant, Aaron Figel.
