PA Man Killed in Fireworks Accident

QUAKERTOWN, Pa. (AP) - An accident during the grand finale of a
Fourth of July fireworks show in Quakertown has taken a man's life.

KYW-AM radio station reports that police said a fireworks company employee, who was not identified, was handling fireworks at
the show Saturday night at Memorial Park when the accident occurred
during the grand finale.

He was taken to St. Luke's Hospital, where he was pronounced
dead.

Authorities stopped the show and evacuated part of the park.
